STRENGTHEN l Mat Pilates
Develop deep core stability and muscular endurance through focused mat Pilates, using breath and resistance to build strength from the inside out.
Morning classes: 10:00 am, six days a week — These will be more accessible, with minimal time on wrists and knees, yet still provide a strong mind–body connection and a sense of challenge.
Afternoon classes: 4:30 pm, four days a week — These will be higher-energy, faster-paced, and more physically challenging.
Saturday class: 10:00 am — A balanced approach, somewhere in between the two styles, adaptable to the needs of the group each week. -
