The Heart of Ahimsa

Ahimsa is Sanskrit for non-harm, and the first limb of the Eight Limbs of Yoga. A philosophy rooted in compassion, presence, and respect - Ahimsa guides everything we do.

Our classes invite you to move in a way that honors your body as it is today. We believe that strength and softness can exist together, and that true transformation happens when we slow down enough to listen.

Our studio is intentionally intimate. Small classes allow teachers to offer thoughtful guidance, hands-on support, and space for genuine connection.

You'll find a wall of sustainably made props - blankets, blocks, bolsters, straps, and eye pillows. All designed to support your body and your practice. Making every class accessible - to meet you where you are today.
