This type of breathwork is a contemporary form of active, conscious, and connected breathing that helps regulate and calm the nervous system, move stuck energy, ignite creativity, and connect to non-ordinary states of consciousness. Our breath is the only piece of our Autonomic Nervous System that we can consciously change and influence. Therefore, it can be a powerful tool in regulating our systems.

support.

An introduction to the breathing pattern with opportunity to practice and ask questions
Explanation of possible experiences (terrain) of the breathwork landscape
60 - 70 minute journey with curated music
Optional physical and energetic support from Sharon during the ceremony
