Restorative Ritual

A ritual of rest, renewal, and presence. This 2-hour immersive experience invites you to pause, reconnect, and ground through the senses. Step into a space of softness and stillness, where you'll find presence and tranquility. Begin by tuning into your senses—soft lighting, calming music, grounding aromas, and the rhythm of your breath will center you in the present moment. From there, you'll transition into supported restorative yoga postures, allowing your body to deeply relax, release tension, and calm the nervous system. The experience culminates in Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation that leads you into the liminal space between waking and sleep, promoting rest and rejuvenation for your nervous system. The session concludes with quiet reflection and integration time, giving you space to absorb the practice and leave feeling rejuvenated, grounded, and more connected to your body, mind, and being. This ritual is for anyone seeking grounding, rest, and inner balance. 

Grounding Through the Senses Begin by connecting with your senses: soft, ambient light, soothing sounds, grounding aromas, and a mindful breath. These elements help you settle into the present moment and create a calm, centered foundation for your practice. 

Restorative Yoga: A Ritual of Release Transition into fully supported restorative yoga postures, held for longer periods to invite deep relaxation and muscle release. These postures, guided with gentle cues, will allow you to soften, unwind, and let go of tension—both physically and mentally. 

Yoga Nidra: Deep Rest & Renewal Move into Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation that leads you into the liminal space between wakefulness and sleep. This state encourages profound rest, healing, and rejuvenation for both body and mind. 

Integration & Reflection After the meditation, take time for quiet reflection. Journal or simply be present with yourself

UNSTARVED: A Deep Nourishment Mini Retreat

Let’s have a different conversation about nourishment. Many women have been taught by diet culture that nourishment is something to earn, control, or “get right.” That hunger is a problem to manage. Full Moon Sound Healing

Under the illuminating energy of the full moon, we invite you to join us in a deeply restorative sound healing experience designed to calm the nervous system, clear energetic stagnation, and bring the body back into harmony.

You’ll be guided into stillness as layers of sound - singing bowls, chimes, and gentle vibration - wash through the body. Rather than doing, this practice is about allowing: allowing sound to move through you, allowing tension to soften, allowing your natural rhythm to re-emerge.

The full moon offers a powerful moment for reflection and release. This is a space to pause, to listen, and to realign with what feels true.

ROOTED: Plant Healing

Join us in the new year for our new class series. Rooted is a once-monthly grounding practice that explores the wisdom of the human body through the natural world. Each class centers on a single plant, drawing inspiration from its structure, resilience, and medicine to inform movement, breath, and awareness. This slow, intentional practice blends somatic yoga, gentle flow, and guided reflection to support nervous system regulation, embodied presence, and connection to the earth. Students are invited to move with curiosity, listen inwardly, and experience how plant intelligence mirrors our own anatomy and capacity for balance and growth. Emphasizing presence over performance, Rooted offers a ritual-style gathering that supports grounding, integration, and seasonal alignment through movement, rest, and shared reflection.

Unbound is an invitation into expansion, release, and freedom - an embodied experience of reconnecting with your limitless potential and innate wisdom. Breath and sound are the medicine. In modern life, our minds are often constrained by conditioning and inherited beliefs; our spirits by ego and identity; and our bodies by chronic stress and held tension. This practice is designed to gently loosen those bindings.

Through conscious connected breathwork, we use the breath as a vehicle to move beyond the habitual, thinking mind and into a more spacious, open state of awareness. This journey supports access to deeper insight, emotional & energetic release, and may bring a felt sense of inner freedom or deep knowing. At the same time, it works directly with the nervous system, cultivating resilience, flexibility, and a greater capacity to meet life’s challenges with presence and ease.
