During this breathwork ceremony, you will be supported in reclaiming the deeply healing and profound gifts of your breath. In this two hour ceremony, Sharon Barto Gouran will lead you through conscious, connected breathing to help you turn inward and create space for inner exploration.
This ceremony is an opportunity to pause from daily life and connect to the deep wisdom within.
This type of breathwork is a contemporary form of active, conscious, and connected breathing that helps regulate and calm the nervous system, move stuck energy, ignite creativity, and connect to non-ordinary states of consciousness. Our breath is the only piece of our Autonomic Nervous System that we can consciously change and influence. Therefore, it can be a powerful tool in regulating our systems.
Sharon will hold the space for you to explore your breath with gentle guidance and
support.

Join us on the last Monday of every month for a free, in-person Community Laughter Yoga Group led by Leigh Shaw, LICSW — therapist, performer, and certified laughter yoga instructor who believes that “laughter is medicine.”
Laughter Yoga is a guided group practice combining intentional laughter, breathwork, and mindful movement. Together, we explore laughter as a powerful exercise for the body, a reset for the mind, and a pathway to joy and connection.
No experience needed, just bring water, mat and a willingness to get a little silly!

Step into Unbound, a transformative evening of Breathwork + Soundbath with Julia Hollenberg. This immersive workshop is designed to help you release what weighs you down and reconnect with the limitless potential already within you. Through guided conscious connected breathwork, you’ll move beyond the ordinary mind into an expansive state of clarity, healing, and renewal.
Breathwork works directly with the nervous system, gently unwinding patterns of stress, tension, and old conditioning so you can feel more balanced, open, and resilient.
To close, you’ll be guided into a soothing sound bath - a meditative experience where vibrations from bowls, chimes, and gentle instruments help integrate your breath journey. The sound bath supports deep relaxation, emotional regulation, and inner harmony, leaving you grounded and restored. Many participants describe feeling lighter, more peaceful, and carrying home powerful insights after this practice.

Reiki Level 1 & 2 Healer Training

Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing developed in the early 20th century by Mikao Usui. Drawing from traditions such as Buddhism, Taoism, Shintoism, and traditional Japanese methods, Reiki teaches that “rei” means universal and “ki” means life force energy. This vital energy flows through all living beings and can be harnessed to restore balance and support healing.
In this training, Jo will guide participants through the foundations of Reiki with an approach that is both trauma-sensitive and deeply personal. Reiki involves the practitioner placing their hands on or near the recipient’s body to channel energy. The goal is relaxation, stress reduction, and supporting the body’s natural healing processes. When life force energy is blocked or disrupted, it can lead to imbalance. By channeling Reiki, practitioners help clear these blockages, restoring flow and vitality.
This training is for anyone curious about exploring themselves more deeply. You don’t need plans to become a Reiki practitioner - simply bring your curiosity and openness. If you do wish to share Reiki with clients, you’ll also gain the knowledge and tools to get started. Reiki is especially valuable for those who teach restorative yoga, guide breathwork, or work in therapeutic settings, offering a powerful complement to existing practices.

Restorative Ritual

A ritual of rest, renewal, and presence. This 2-hour immersive experience invites you to pause, reconnect, and ground through the senses. Step into a space of softness and stillness, where you'll find presence and tranquility. Begin by tuning into your senses—soft lighting, calming music, grounding aromas, and the rhythm of your breath will center you in the present moment. From there, you'll transition into supported restorative yoga postures, allowing your body to deeply relax, release tension, and calm the nervous system. The experience culminates in Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation that leads you into the liminal space between waking and sleep, promoting rest and rejuvenation for your nervous system. The session concludes with quiet reflection and integration time, giving you space to absorb the practice and leave feeling rejuvenated, grounded, and more connected to your body, mind, and being. This ritual is for anyone seeking grounding, rest, and inner balance.
Grounding Through the Senses Begin by connecting with your senses: soft, ambient light, soothing sounds, grounding aromas, and a mindful breath. These elements help you settle into the present moment and create a calm, centered foundation for your practice.
Restorative Yoga: A Ritual of Release Transition into fully supported restorative yoga postures, held for longer periods to invite deep relaxation and muscle release. These postures, guided with gentle cues, will allow you to soften, unwind, and let go of tension—both physically and mentally.
