I discovered yoga in middle school through DVDs by Nicki Doane and Rodney Yee, and I’ve been drawn to the practice ever since. I completed my 200-hour teacher training with CorePower Yoga and deepened my studies through extensions with Hannah Franke and Chelsea Murphy. Yin Yoga with Leah Adams taught me the power of stillness, while my work in dance healing and somatic practices with Hayley Shannon and Jen Oato Bennett shaped my approach to embodied movement.

In my classes, I aim to create a space for connection, curiosity, and healing, blending strength and stillness to support growth on and off the mat.
