I’ve been a lifelong student of yoga and began teaching classes in 2010, the same year I discovered the Lagree Method which lead me to becoming an instructor. In 2015 I began teaching Pilates and Barre. I love exploring and incorporating all kinds of movement and fitness methods into my personal practice and also my teaching. I’m obsessed with mat Pilates.
At this stage of my life, it’s the method my body craves.
