Ryan Cooper

Ryan Cooper is a Seattle native whose introduction to yoga came through martial arts in his youth, laying the foundation for his understanding of movement and the mind-body connection. While studying at the Art Institute of Seattle, Ryan also competed professionally in the World Long Drivers of America.
In 2020, he completed a 200-hour Sendatsu training program, deepening his knowledge of yoga and its profound mental and physical benefits—not just for athletes, but for anyone seeking greater well-being.
Ryan’s classes are known for their diverse music selection and a thoughtfully designed warm-up progression that gradually builds intensity, earning him a reputation for delivering a “sneaky challenge” accessible to all levels.
