AHIMSA STUDIOS, LLC

PARTICIPANT WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

This Liability Waiver and Release of Claims (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the undersigned participant (or legal guardian if participant is under 18) and Ahimsa Studios, LLC (“Studio”), located in the State of Washington.

Activities Covered

This Agreement applies to all in-person activities offered by the Studio including, but not limited to, yoga classes, meditation, workshops, teacher trainings, and private Pilates sessions (including sessions involving equipment such as the reformer and the use of various props).

Voluntary Participation

I acknowledge that my participation in Studio activities is voluntary and that I may withdraw at any time.

Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in physical activity involves inherent risks including, but not limited to, physical injury, strains, sprains, or other medical conditions. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of the Studio, its instructors, independent contractors, or guests.

Release and Waiver

I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, assigns, and legal representatives, hereby release and hold harmless Ahimsa Studios, LLC, its owners, instructors (including independent contractors and guest teachers), agents, and employees from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, causes of action, costs, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or relating to my participation in Studio activities, including personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death.

Medical Disclaimer

I affirm that I am in good physical condition to participate in Studio activities and that I have consulted with a physician if necessary. I will inform the Studio of any physical conditions, limitations, or injuries before participating.

Minors

If the participant is under the age of 18, this waiver must be signed by a parent or legal guardian. The guardian agrees to the terms of this waiver on behalf of the minor and accepts full responsibility for the minor’s participation.

Media Release

I grant Ahimsa Studios, LLC the right to take photographs or video recordings of me during Studio activities and to use such images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website content, and printed materials. I understand that I may opt out of media participation by notifying the Studio in writing.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington.

Entire Agreement

This document constitutes the entire agreement and supersedes any previous oral or written representations or agreements.

BY SIGNING BELOW, I certify that I have read and understood this waiver, that I am at least 18 years of age (or the legal guardian of the minor participant), and that I voluntarily agree to its terms.
