Kristina is a devoted yoga practitioner, coming to the mat in 2010, after the birth of her third child, and quickly falling in love with the practice after discovering the transformative power of breath and movement. She received her 200-hour yoga certification in 2013, while also pursuing her masters in Economics and Finance at the University of Wyoming. After years of teaching hot power, vinyasa flow, and kids yoga, Kristina suffered an aggravated back injury that took her out of the studio, and solely to a home based practice. Her practice dramatically shifted to a greater focus on functional movement, core stability, and inner wellness, out of which was born a deep connection with truth and self, as well as a love of pilates. While balancing her continued pursuit of wellness with a successful tech career and raising a family, Kristina felt increasing pulled towards dedicating her practice off of the mat to guiding others to the various healing modalities that she has discovered along her own healing journey.
