Kerry has been immersed in Pilates since 2006, blending her background in modern dance and ballet with a deep understanding of functional movement. She’s trained extensively through the PhysicalMind Institute and Balanced Body, and since 2016 has been dedicated to studying Joseph Pilates’ original method of Contrology on both the Mat and Apparatus.
What sets Kerry apart is her ability to meet people exactly where they are. Whether you’re an athlete wanting to enhance performance, someone in recovery seeking strength and stability, or simply curious about improving body awareness, Kerry’s approach is both challenging and supportive. She draws from her ballet training and anatomy studies to design sessions that help you move more efficiently, build confidence, and feel at home in your body.
Her specialties include working with neurodivergent clients to improve coordination and awareness, supporting dancers and athletes in refining their craft, and guiding anyone who wants to feel stronger, more mobile, and more connected.
