I’ve spent many years practicing Pilates, and that love for movement eventually led me to complete my STOTT PILATES teacher training. In my private sessions, I start with a posture analysis and a real conversation about your goals. From there, I create a tailored program that supports your body, your lifestyle, and the direction you want to grow.

I’m passionate about helping people on their movement journey, no matter where they’re starting. By focusing on alignment, I believe we can make everything, from challenging workouts to everyday activities, feel more efficient and more enjoyable.
