My journey into yoga began after years of navigating high-pressure, fast-paced environments — first as a collegiate athlete, then in corporate healthcare. The practice met me during a time of deep burnout and a medical challenge, offering space to slow down and reconnect. What I initially saw as just an outlet soon unfolded into a path of self-discovery, exploration, and courage. In that season of challenge, yoga became a way back to alignment — helping me honor my body, quiet my mind, and begin to heal in ways I hadn’t realized I needed.
Experiencing the profound impact of yoga — and the teachers who guided me along the way — inspired me to pursue my 200-hour teaching certification. I now share the practice with others, meeting students wherever they are on their journey. I specialize in vinyasa, offering grounding, intentional classes that guide students out of their minds and into their bodies. My approach blends creative, mindful flow with athletic elements to create a challenging yet accessible experience for all levels.
As a certified breathwork and pranayama instructor, I also love weaving traditional breathwork techniques into my classes — supporting students in cultivating inner awareness and reconnecting with their own sense of calm, strength, and clarity.
