Yoga has been a vital part of my healing journey and has offered me a profound sense of inner peace and belonging. Over the years my practice has ebbed and flowed, but time and time again I found myself on my mat. Yoga has helped me foster a deeper connection to my mind, body, spirit, and community, and has taught me to move with intention, embrace mindfulness, and cultivate self-compassion.
I received my 200-hour yoga certification from Take Care Yoga in 2024. To me yoga is a lifelong practice and I continue to explore various modalities to deepen my education. I draw inspiration from presence on my mat, somatic embodiment techniques, and the exceptional teachers who I’ve been fortunate enough to learn from and practice with.
I am passionate about sharing yoga with others and offering a safe space for students to explore authentic movement, embodied awareness, and breath, regardless of their skill level or background. My classes allow for both effort and ease, encouraging students to move with purpose and honor their bodies. My ultimate mission is to be of service to my students and for them to leave class feeling grounded and open.
Outside of teaching, I find deep nourishment through cultivating meaningful connections with others, time in nature, and traveling.
I can’t wait to practice with you!
