Bri is a 500 RYT dedicated to her studentship with an extra special love for the world of biomechanics and alignment. Bri has done the majority of her training with Greta Hill, but she has also trained with Carling Harps and Dessire Rumbaugh. She has been teaching yoga since 2017. Bri decided to teach yoga full time in 2019. Bri is dedicated to making the yoga space accessible, joyful, and a fun learning experience for everyone that joins. Currently, Bri is inspired by her latest yoga training in mobility, and is working to incorporate mobility exercises into the asana practice along with functional movements and PT drills that are great for everyone to do on a regular basis.
