I’m here for the kind of movement that makes you laugh mid-class (laughter is core work), high-five a stranger, and fall in love with what your body can do. My background as an Olympic-level soccer player gave me a deep respect for the body’s power—but it’s the self-awareness and connection we build through movement that keeps me coming back.

In my classes, all bodies are welcome, modifications are celebrated, and the goal is never perfection—it’s safety and presence. We move to feel joy, strength, support, and a little more at home in ourselves—together.
