Aili Moore

Instructor

Aili started yoga when she was 15 as a way to nurture her body during sports. It became a tool for athletic growth as a collegiate rower by deepening her body awareness and mobility. Yoga teaches you to tap in, to become acutely aware of your breath, body, and mind. This is key for entering a flow state. With presence, distractions fade and you move with intention.

You can find Aili teaching Vinyasa with a focus on intentionality and strength. She completed her 200hr from Sendatsu Evolution after graduating from the University of Washington and has since had an additional 100 hours of continued education on biomechanics, voice work, and leadership.

RITUAL: 108 Sun Salutations

Gather with us in practice as we move together through 108 Sun Salutations. An embodied ritual of intention, breath, and collective energy. The number 108 holds deep significance. It appears throughout yogic and spiritual traditions: 108 energy lines converge at the heart, 108 beads form a mala, and 108 is said to represent wholeness—the meeting point of the physical, energetic, and cosmic. Practicing 108 Sun Salutations is not about perfection or endurance, but about devotion, rhythm, and presence. This offering invites you to move at your own pace, honoring rest as much as movement. Options, pauses, and variations are always welcome. Some may complete all 108 postures; others may sit, breathe, observe, or rejoin when ready. Every expression of participation is valued.

As we move through repetition, something softens. The mind quiets. The breath becomes a steady companion. Practiced together, these salutations become a shared prayer, marking transition, honoring change, and welcoming what’s next.

This is a free community gathering, open to all. Come as you are. Move as you’re able. Rest when needed. We gather not to push, but to witness one another—breathing, moving, and beginning again, together.

We gather not to count, but to connect. To move in rhythm. To breathe side by side. To begin together.
