Founder
Kristina is a devoted yoga practitioner, coming to the mat in 2010, after the birth of her third child, and quickly falling in love with the practice after discovering the transformative power of breath and movement. She received her 200-hour yoga certification in 2013, while also pursuing her masters in Economics and Finance at the University of Wyoming. After years of teaching hot power, vinyasa flow, and kids yoga, Kristina suffered an aggravated back injury that took her out of the studio, and solely to a home based practice. Her practice dramatically shifted to a greater focus on functional movement, core stability, and inner wellness, out of which was born a deep connection with truth and self, as well as a love of pilates. While balancing her continued pursuit of wellness with a successful tech career and raising a family, Kristina felt increasing pulled towards dedicating her practice off of the mat to guiding others to the various healing modalities that she has discovered along her own healing journey.

Jojie is a Seattle-based healer and yoga teacher trainer dedicated to the ever-evolving work of trauma-sensitive practices. She currently serves as the lead teacher and curriculum developer for the University of Washington's Yoga for Healing Program, a free 8-week series each quarter that supports trauma survivors.
Over the last eleven years, Jojie has taught yoga, meditation, and breathwork in a variety of settings including: prisons, juvenile detention centers, eating disorder treatment programs as well as universities, museums and community yoga studios.
Jojie is inspired by the power of each unique individual and their ability to access resiliency, empowerment, and wholeness through ancient practices like yoga, meditation, breathwork, reiki, and mindfulness. And while she has experienced the healing power of these practices, she has also witnessed the harm caused as much of the West has digested and transformed them into an exclusive commodity that feeds on perfectionism, lack of self-love, and the troubling regularity of teachers who abuse their power. In response, Jojie’s approach to healing is interpersonal, encouraging community care and a deep questioning of our individual impact in everyday moments. She truly believes every encounter is an opportunity to move the world forward, or back. Her teaching is poetic and free-spirited, but also trauma-informed and science-based. Some people might even say her classes are fun.

I discovered yoga in middle school through DVDs by Nicki Doane and Rodney Yee, and I’ve been drawn to the practice ever since. I completed my 200-hour teacher training with CorePower Yoga and deepened my studies through extensions with Hannah Franke and Chelsea Murphy. Yin Yoga with Leah Adams taught me the power of stillness, while my work in dance healing and somatic practices with Hayley Shannon and Jen Oato Bennett shaped my approach to embodied movement.
In my classes, I aim to create a space for connection, curiosity, and healing, blending strength and stillness to support growth on and off the mat.

Meg is a Seattle based yoga instructor offering vinyasa, slow flow and yin practices. Meg first came to her yoga practice as a means to recover and restore from training for cross country and track. Often pushing through the pain of various injuries in order to compete, Meg found deep healing through yoga. The practice lead her to develop a much deeper mind body connection and became a staple in her day to day life.
As an avid hiker and snowboarder these days, Meg’s flows are very strength and mobility focused. They are fun and creative and at the same time grounding and challenging. She invites her students to focus on the sensations and feel of the postures in her classes, rather than worrying about striking the perfect pose.
Meg completed her 200 hour in 2019 and has completed an additional 150 hours of training focused on voice coaching, yin yoga and creative sequencing.

Kim has been practicing yoga in the Pacific Northwest for the last decade and a half, and teaching for nearly 9 of those years. In that time she has consistently studied, trained, evolved, been deeply humbled, and gotten glimpses of herself that have absolutely astounded her. To say yoga has entirely reshaped her world is not an overstatement.
Ultimately, it’s Kim's belief that yoga is a metaphor for life. How we practice, the seeds we plant, the connections we create, and the compassion we embrace on the mat is a direct reflection of how we live and move outside the studio.
After the birth of her fourth child, Kim began her 200 hour teacher training at 8 Limbs in Seattle. She graduated in 2016 under the guidance of her mentors, Anne Phyfe Palmer, Chiara Guerrieri, Melina Meza, and Jenny Hayo. Studying under Megan Sloan, she completed certification for Pre and Post-Natal Yoga at 8 Limbs, as well. In 2020, Kim deepened her understanding of trauma informed practices by studying with Yoga Behind Bars.
Over the last several years through consistent study, learning, and awareness - as well as an array of life’s very fantastic highs, coupled with the most difficult lows, yoga has continued to unfold and integrate into every aspect of Kim’s life. Kim teaches a variety of styles, each of which are grounded in breath awareness, functional movement, body connection, patience, and compassion. Her belief is that yoga is a deeply personal experience and a practice for everyone. She offers space for her class to explore what that might mean to each individual in the moment. Students can expect clear cueing, supportive languaging, as well as variations to suit how they’re showing up in their bodies and minds. Each class contains an emphasis on accessible balance, functional strength, and flexibility.
Always a student first, Kim is continually broadening her knowledge, inquiring, and deepening her understanding of this ancient practice. She is currently in training with The Northwest Academy of the Healing Arts to become a licensed massage therapist. Kim is a mother of 4, an avid writer, and a fledgling flower farmer.
